The offer covers the supply of the equipment to the specified configuration, including the manufacturer's warranty and support terms quoted with it.
How to request
Attach the configured bill of materials or the Dell quotation you hold: it carries the manufacturer and the part numbers the request form asks for. Add the quantity per item and the destination country.
Single items can be entered in the form rows instead, with Dell as the manufacturer and the Dell part number or SKU from the configuration; a model name on its own does not define a configuration. We confirm receipt and come back with availability, lead time and terms for the items we can supply. Our sourcing service is structured for procurement requirements of US$30,000 and above. Smaller confirmed purchases are considered individually.
